Our Team

Here are some brief notes on the management team behind Clarity Contracting Limited.

David Houston C.A.  (Managing Director)

David is a qualified Chartered Accountant, who has specialised in providing accountancy and tax services to freelance professionals in the UK and overseas since the late 1980's. Clarity's customers will benefit from having David's experience and expertise at their disposal.

Morag Baxter B.A., C.A. (Financial Controller)

Morag gained extensive financial reporting and tax knowledge during a spell with one of the big four accountancy practices before turning her talents to the servicing of the needs of the freelance contractor market, in which she has specialised since the early 1990's.

Bob Sinclair  (Business Development)

Bob has been involved exclusively in contractors' financial matters since 1989 and since April 1994 he has been involved in business development within the contracting industry. Bob joined Global K as Business Development Director early in 2001, and now brings his talents to Clarity. 

Caroline Wisbey-Brown (Customer Service Manager)

Caroline has spent her career working in the financial sector across a broad base of international companies. During this time she has gained a wide experience of accounting practices and financial reporting including ensuring the customers' needs are always met. Most recently she has worked in the international freelance market sector, advising (mainly UK) contractors about overseas contracting positions.
