Clarity’s online shop for contractor insurance + IR35 contract reviews

We recently launched our online shop which provides our clients and other visitors with access to a wide-range of highly competitive insurance and IR35 compliance products.

You will find it hard to find better value quotes on the market, and if you do - please let us know!

In the shop, you can obtain quotes for Professional Indemnity and Employers' and Public Liability Insurance from £144 and £92.50 per annum respectively.

One product which we particularly recommend to contractors and small business owners is Tax Protection Insurance (£115) which will cover all costs of representation should you have to undergo a tax investigation.

Tax protection Insurance will cover you for fees of up to £50,000 incurred representing you in defence of:

  • An IR35 dispute
  • A PAYE/NIC dispute
  • A VAT dispute
  • A HM Revenue & Customs aspect enquiry
  • A HM Revenue & Customs full enquiry
  • A Section 660A dispute

Alongside the insurance offerings, we offer an IR35 contract review service, which provides a detailed and comprehensive look into your contracts, detailing every clause and whether it lies outside IR35 (£85 per contract).

For full details, visit our online shop.
