Limited Company

At Clarity Contracting, we specialise in providing accountancy services to limited company contractors.

Working via a limited company is the most tax efficient way of working as a contractor, although it does involve more administration and obligations than operating via an umbrella company.

Once you have decided to set up as a limited company contractor, we take care of everything from forming your chosen company, to dealing with Companies House and HMRC.

On an ongoing basis, we will ensure that, through our online accounting portal, your accounts are always up-to-date and you will have 24/7 access to your current financial position including bank balances and forthcoming tax and VAT obligations.

Additionally our Customer Portal gives you 24/7 access to all correspondence with you and about you, and filed online for you to see are all documents and calculations relevant to your career as a contractor.

Finally, and perhaps most importantly, our expert team will be on top of all your legal obligations to ensure that your company complies with all of its fiscal, statutory and legal obligations.
